The Hoffenfharts & Colonel Klink's Oom Pah Band

The Hoffenfharts play authentic German drinking songs and some good old British sing-a-longs to get you in the OKTOBERFEST mood. There are games and often, prizes to be won!

 The Band is made up of professional musicians - the Blaskappellemeister (Musical Director) Herr Gossofhen has worked with professional Oom Pah bands since the early 1980s.

The Hoffenfharts create just the right atmosphere for a theme night, promotion - what about booking the Hoffenfharts for the last night of a Team Building or Management event!?!   

If you want an evening full of authentic German drinking songs along with some good old British sing-a-longs to get you in the OKTOBERFEST mood, then give Colonel Klink’s Oom Pah Band a call.

Comprising of a full band of seven professional musicians, Colonel Klink’s Oom Pah Band will certainly give you an evening of energetic entertainment. No venue is too big and no fee is too large!!

 The Hoffenfharts are flexible: A typical theme night at a Rotary Club or similar might run like this ...

Three sets, each of ¾ hour duration.   We recommend that you  serve food in the first interval and run any fund raising events (raffles etc.) in the second:

 8:00pm – 8:45pm       Band    Beer Lager Spirits

 8:45pm – 9:15pm       Food   Sausage pretzel 

 9:15pm – 10:00pm     Band  party games

 10:00pm – 10:15pm  Raffle prize winner

 10:15pm – 11:00pm   Band        

 We have been involved with a large number of theme nights and have learned much through our experience.

 Obviously you will need to arrange for a bar and PLENTY of beer, but  to make your night really successful we recommend:

  You include themed food in the admission price

  Bar/Catering Staff should be in costume

 Customers should be encouraged to attend in fancy dress (perhaps offer a prize for best German costume).   

All advertising should make it clear that the evening is a German Themed night i.e. Oom Pah Night, Octoberfest etc.
