• Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.

• You may not use content in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute content

• You may not use audio content to manufacture, distribute or sell records, compact discs, jukeboxes or any other audio-only product that is not synchronized or combined with other audio or musical content. For example, you cannot download ten songs and create a CD to sell

User Accounts.

• Membership packages with "Unlimited Streams / Downloads" can stream with an unlimited allowance however, with subject to a fair use policy.

• Any attempts made to circumvent our security will lead to account termination without any refund of membership fee, credits purchased or track access.

• Your account will allow for one user per account to be logged in at any give time. Sharing your account details may lead to temporary restriction of your account.

• Files you purchase are for use by one person only. Additional copies must be purchased if more copies are needed.

• You will be responsible for tracking all activity for each user account, and you agree to: (1) maintain the security of all passwords and usernames; (2) notify YourOnlinePianist immediately of any unauthorized use or other breach of security; and (3) accept all responsibility for activity that occurs under each user account. YourOnlinePianist reserves the right to monitor downloads and user activity to ensure compliance with the terms of this agreement. If YourOnlinePianist determines that you are in breach of this or any other term of this agreement, it may suspend access to your account and seek further legal remedies.

Refunds/Cancellation.

• Credit Pack Refunds - Refunds for credit pack purchases can be made within 30 days of your invoice date, provided that you have not used any credits from the pack.

• File Download Refunds - YourOnlinePianist does not offer refunds or re-credits for downloaded files. File returns will only be considered based on technical issues with the file at the sole discretion of YourOnlinePianist.

• All requests for refunds/cancellations must be made in writing. If the request is approved, YourOnlinePianist will issue a credit to your account or credit card. In the event of cancellation, your rights to use the content terminate, and you must delete or destroy any copies of the content.

Payment

• We accept most forms of card payment - VISA, Mastercard and American Express.  For card payments you will be redirected to SagePay our secure payment provider to process the payment and will be returned to our site when complete.
